Drug and Alcohol Detox and Rehab Facilities

Withdrawing from any type of substance use disorder (SUD) can be rather dangerous. Some withdrawal symptoms, like delirium tremens, can be quite dangerous. Those who don’t withdraw with professional supervision may end up facing severe consequences.

There are many alcohol and drug rehab facilities in Washington State. Finding the right one can be difficult. There are many different things to consider, like the type of treatment programs that may work best for you and the type of amenities that you need. You also need to consider the level of care that would be most appropriate for your situation. There are mainly two options to choose from:

  • Inpatient treatment programs. With this level of care, you’ll need to move into the rehab facility. There, you’ll receive all of the addiction treatment services that you need. This includes medical detox, behavioral therapy, counseling and more. You’ll also receive 24/7 supervision. Most inpatient programs take anywhere from 28 to 90 days to complete. Most treatments take an average of 30 days to complete.
  • Outpatient treatment programs. With this level of care, you can go to the alcohol and drug rehab facility whenever you like. You make your own schedule, and won’t have to take an extended leave of absence from work or school. There are several different options to choose from even at this level. Some options include Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs).

You won’t find any inpatient or outpatient alcohol or drug detox and rehab facilities in Woodinville. If you’re interested in finding professional addiction treatment, you’ll have to look for help in nearby cities. Travelling to a drug or alcohol rehab in another city can come with many perks.
